Phase one is under construction, three lowrises, 2 times 4 stories, and one 9 stories next to the St-Lawrence river.
Phase two is the one that is the most intresting with higher buildings.

I'm left thinking the designer couldn't make up her|his mind with what to erect. The lot oughta be converted to parkland and the Notre-Dame flyover to a promenade (what`s with a flyover virtually alongside a multi-laned underpass?)
