i really dont like the design

I really like these new waterfront buildings in Jeddah that have that Miami-ish architectural touch.

meh a generic apartment building design.

pretty generic....not very creative at all...

I cant say more, what an ugly building. However, there's an exciting feature about this building. There ara cars elevators for all apartments that takes up your car to the door of your place which ever floor you live in. Ugly, yet efficient.

I don't believe that Arch. engineers designed this ugly building or maybe a contractor did it without any experiance of arch.

by the way Masarat Towers are owned by Masarat Realestate Corporation company, they have a Hotel in Kudai, which is about to finish soon, a project in UBHOR- north of Jeddah, almost +300 residential villas, and this project as well.

The project might be assigned to NAFCO aluminum fabricator to start the finishing works of aluminum and glass curtain walls.

where exctly them other project in ubhor?i remeber on south side of ubhor there residential villas under constriction almost finsh with pinky color is't that one?

You said it my friend. This along with the farsi project just make me wonder who is approving these projects. Shouldn't there be a minimum aesthetic requirement to be part of the corniche skyline? I mean look at how nice the gulf cities (dubai, doha, etc.) look from the water. Oh well... :ohno:

الحصى يمتص حركة الموج و حركة الأمواج في البحر الأحمر شديدة و عالية في بعض الأيام, بعكس مياه الخليج حيث حركة الأمواج فيه شبه راكدة.

Chines typical residential highrises looks so similar to masarat. completely lack of beauty. at least in china it made that way for reasonable purpose.
