Hawking ends Hong Kong visit 2006-06-17 HKT 21:16

One of the world's most influential scientists, cosmologist Stephen Hawking, has ended his six-day visit to Hong Kong and flown to Beijing. He was accompanied to the airport this afternoon by the President of the University of Science and Technology, Paul Chu. Before flying to Beijing, Professor Hawking told the crowd who'd gathered to see him off that he'd enjoyed his visit here.

Actually he uses his eyes to "speak"! He winks his eyes for the signals to the computer generator and the computer translates the signals into letters and words. That's why flush is prohibited when taking photos! ;)

Stephen Hawking is one of those people who are extremely intimidating not only because of his physical disposition but also because of his revolutionary and groundbreaking theories that are of entire-universe-encompassing-scale. Stephen Hawkings theory about our universe (it's origins, it's existence and it's future) is very, very interesting. I, myself, am very interested with such topics. The thing that makes Stephen Hawkings theory about our universe unique is that he was able to synthesize a correlation between two different Multiverse Theories: the String Theory and the Bubble-Universe Theory.

I think it is more appropriate to use the phrase our universe rather than the universe given that the Multiverse Theories are somewhat plausible.
