pretty boring for Europe's capital. but then again, Brussels isn't really a skyscraper city. and it's quite far away from the other skyscrapers 6.5 but i like its blue glass

The cladding is nice and although its a regular box, I am sure it really stands out in Brussels and looks really tall there.

No wonder why luis4083 rated it 10...That 's one of the finest cladding I'v ever seen!!

When was it recladded? I've been to Brussels many times in the early 90's and surely I would have remembered this building if it had the new cladding back then. If not, I can see why I don't remember this building.

if you came from Gare du Midi then this building is one of the first scrapers you notice after you exit the station.. if not, this scraper is hard to find, since it's far away from the Grand-Place and the other attractions of the city.. i don't pass by it everyday when i'm in brussels..

Yeah, it's no architectural wonder but hey it's almost 40 years old!
The cladding is 1st class. :)
I give it a 8.5/10

It's a pitty that I can't find more pictures of the tower at night.
Especially at weekdays in the winter (when people are still working and the light are still on) the tower is beautiful.

Nicely clad, and very impressive to see it stand on such a small base. No photos here of the base, I'll try to make up for that later this week.

I pass that building every day.

It's pretty nice. I give it an 8/10 but if I use international standards as benchmark I would only give it a 7/10.
