Three highrise buildings:

obviously:
Criterion;
Lumiere; and
Kite Tower (if they can find a site).

Major mixed use projects:
Harewood/Eastgate; and
Temple Mill.

One major city improvement:
remove Asda and turn site into a city riverside park. Absolutely barking mad idea, no chance, land value too high, they've set precedent with existing building, but still can dream. Need green space more than anything. We can building upwards and outwards but the city will never have a set of green lungs. Shame really.

Three high rise buildings: Criterion Place, La Lumiere & The Spiracle

Major mixed use projects:The Harewood / Eastgate Quarter & Arena

Improvement: Construct a high class transport system by expanding existing rail, constructing an underground (which is extremely unlikely of course with a tram as a more realistic alternative (although not in this present political climate)), night bus services, orbital motorway and major expansion to Leeds Bradford Airport should help the rate of economic expansion for Leeds.

Projects: Harewood/Eastgate & Trinity Quarter
Improvement: Train-tram introduced, with extra stations to existing heavy rail, and Leeds centre loop - Headingley - Airport light rail stops

a city centre theme park would be a fine idea! I can imagine a universal studios in leeds actually- I really can!
If I had to say; Id pick everything that is going at the moment I think, as well as expansion of the road and rail network not to mention at least one new transport network. Ideally, I would develop new waterways for recreational purposes where possible- we could have a Canary Wharf rival. I would also double or even triple staff- reduce crime, reduce litter etc- obviously thats a dream. Trees everywhere too! and a major landmark city park a bit like our Stray, London's Hyde Park..etc. And something to put Leeds on the map- a major landmark at a prime site that would be world renwoned- something big, controversial and daring.

What about removing the St. John Centre and extending St. John's gardens? or removing West Riding House and its multi-storey and having a public square at one end of Albion Place? Not likely to happen, but it would be nice to have a central Park Square-type-place.

so true... it is a big fault in the central city area to have no posh park with a little coffee bar and trees shrubs flowers and riverside seating. That'd be nice. It would make the city living concept more appealing to a wider diversity of people. Parks don't directly make money..but without investing in providing central green areas the city is not going t go as far as it could.

Oh an a practical but futuristic looking style of Monorail into and around the city would be a nice feature... it could be connect with the Leeds City Theme park if peope'd like it to.

Yep it could- I don't think its necessary to remove the St. Johns Centre- its not that bad, could do with a reclad and Dortmund Square remodelling- the Merrion is far worse. Although a central city park is a good idea- but not in place of WRH I dont think. Around the Trinity Quarter I say. Or more organised traffic arrangements could mean roads could just be grassed over to have green lengths in the city.
