Here are my simple rules:

1 - Points will be accounted for those who guess both the country and the city

2 - One point shall be granted if the country is guessed.

3 - Two points will be granted if the city is guessed after the country's name has been revealed.

4 - Three points shall be granted if the city is guessed before the country's name has been revealed.
