This is Seri Maya final phase. Located in front of Setiawangsa lrt station.

Seri Maya got 3 phases. The 1st one almost completed already. The 2nd and final one is still in its early construction. It will be just next to Kampung Warisan. I think I love the originality of its design. Love the show room. Pity that I don't have enough money to buy one :rant: The 1st phase sold out in 2 days.

Probably. Cannot compared it now la cause one already completed and the other one is still under construction. Location wise, probably Kia Peng, but then KLCC condominium will give Kia Peng a run for its money :D

Don't like the design. Too cocky. Metropolitan Square will have a shop lot on its lower ground correct. I really hate those sort of apartment. No privacy.

I personally don't like it. Yeah, if you happen to live the 1st 3 floor probably that will be the issue here. Apartment does not have the same space and privacy like what landed property owner enjoy..why have to add more commercial lots. for convenience? probably. privacy. no. don't you think it is becoming like a trend in KL now to have a commercial lots at the apartment itself.

Whenever i exit KLCC's Jln. Pinang carpark, i will pass by that building and somehow get a view of the atrium... I'll try to get shots of that area if i go to klcc again someday...

Not a bit but the whole thing is neo-classical. Why they call Neo-classical? Well it featured all those Corinthian pillars, classical pediments and cornices ....and all other classical architecture elements plus it is not old but a recreation or new thus the 'neo' which stands for 'new' ;)
