Or it's it some less-forested areas? Canton or
Eastern Texas is huge--- because I've never been to Texas. ;)
xzmattzx June 26th, 2006, 07:40 PM i don't want to give too many hints just yet.
jacksonville is too far away.
here's a small hint: you're not in the right area of texas.

Surprising... on my map the river is small. On your pic it seems larger than what shown on my map. That's a great one. Hearne--- a very Texan town which requires us to get 43 states before getting it! Texas, how could anyone forgot it? One of the most beautiful region in Texas--- in contrast to Western Texas and Southern Texas where the grassland/desert is wide, barren and open. And the North where it resembles Kansas--- the southernmost portion of Great Plains. This pic is not from those stereotyped region. Instead, it's from Central-East region which is probably the most famous of Texas. (Perhaps I am wrong because this region is however, the least recognisable for me) Anyhow, it does resemble some towns in Northeastern Texas.
Around Hearne that's the border region between Greater Houston and Greater Dallas' influences, as well as the influence from Central Texas (Austin) and Eastern Texas (Pine forest region). Very picturesque region!
