I hope you photographed the rendering of Garden View right next door. I have several renderings of Capital Plaza, but none of Garden View.

I wish I had my camera that day I passed by that area...

CFH starts construction of Capital Plaza in BCD

The Lebanon Brief


Corporate Finance House (CFH), formerly Capital Trust Middle East, started the construction of “Capital Plaza”, a $40m residential project launched in May 2005 in Beirut Central District (BCD).

The construction of “Capital Plaza”, located in Mina El Hosn, will be financed by First National Bank with Société d’Entreprises Hourie as the building contractors for the project. The residential project will consist of 10 floors with 28 apartments and four penthouses on an area of 24,000 m2.

its so boring.

Well yeah it has an awesome name .. but for a name like that, one would expect a better project

Well,i guess top floor would be the best part of it,it would look gr8 once completed,trust me :)

Doesn't the ground floor still look incomplete?

However, some of the shudders are down on some of the floors... so it looks inhabited.
