In fact, for my essay, im interessting of the evolution of this housing style in the periods of 70s, 80s, and 90s, (with his name is "khu tap the")what are of these mutations in the future ? I mean that, for the new generation who was called 8X, 9X :DDDD???

I'm affraid there's no mutation but demolition for those dilapilated public housing estates. What makes ppl worry is that new appartments could turn into "khu tap the" soon due to poor managemennt.
