YES :) , Nimby :okay: , my friend :righton: , The Biscayne Wall continues higher, I believe either the 600 Biscayne Freedom Tower will be next, or the Paramount Park condo tower, but I also believe these two will be just breaking ground late this year , or around early next year after the 2007 Superbowl game :applause: .

water wont affect the concrete it actually keeps it from cracking while curing (drieing)

Something interesting that i found out recently.

Concrete does't harden from drying. I always thought that it was from the evaporation of water that left the concrete hard. it is actually a chemical reaction that takes place with the ingredients that make it up including the water. That is why the correct term is curing when you are talking about the hardening of concrete.

exactly and that is why slurry walls can be poured becuase the clay rises while the conocrete sinks and the mixture doesnt affect the consistency of the concrete...

DJ Man U :hi: , to tell you the truth :nocrook: , The 600 Biscayne Freedom Tower :applause: is advertising alot in the Latin Magazines, and I believe they will break ground IMO by early Next year , just in time for SuperBowl 41, in february, 2007 :bowtie: :cheer: .

The Paramount Park :cool: Condo tower will break ground by mid Summer , 2007, by its sales center at the Paramount on the Bay site sales people. :cheers1:

They are in NO rush on this tower :bash: , I believe it will be the last one up , hopefully by 2012. :cheers:

Yes, how about the other end. What is going on with our two big friends on the south end of the wall? Also, that foundation doesnt look very big, does it have a pretty small footprint?

I think those are just the cores for the two towers of Everglades on the Bay. The parking garage takes up the whole property and is ten floors tall.

DJ man U :rock: , must be talking about the MARQUIS :cool: condo tower on Biscayne Blvd. with the foundation just poured with over 50 cement trucks,, Yes :yes: , there will be two :righton: more tower constuction cranes for that tower.
