It shows floor plans up to the 19th level. From ground, there are 22 levels, including Ground and Terrace floor. Terrace floor would be having the fitness center. There could be a basement floor also, as it is the norm in Kerala for almost all projects, for having covered car park.

Thanks @sudheesh, well actually i'm from Kottayam (now in Mumbai) and am impressed by the growth of that town..

I thought the tallest one in Kottayam was one building near the bus stand (you might know if you have been there) on the way to Baker Junction. 12 odd storeys i guess..(dont recall exactly)

I had sent some of my friends to my place in Kumarakom (will post photos soon) and when they alighted at Kottayam, they were kinda shocked!

They thought Kottayam might be some smallish town with some buildings here and there.

Although its actually quite low on population almost 1k i guess, it does seem to e a bigger city than it actually is..
