I supposed that the beach was dirty and ugly but it seems that I was wrong...maybe I was to tried when we had been driven through Da Nang to Hue^^...do anyone of you was at Da nag beach??? ...and how it looks like for you guys? ....what I know is that many projects are currently u/c on the beach site...

I was really suprised that one of our beaches is in the top list. Went to http://www.forbes.com and search for the list and I found it. Here is the whole list including our Da Nang Beach. I gotta show all of my American friends about this :).

I don't think it's number sixth though. The list is in alphabet ordered.

Where did you get this information? I've never been to Da Nang, but it looks beautiful.

From the way Nguyen Ba Thanh governing the city, there is a great possibility for it.
It won't be in the news tomorrow but the consequences r already there, just look at the China Beach road project and see how messy it is.

Guys, let focus on the DN beach dicussion!!! I never been to the beach in DN, but we gotta trust forbes.com rite? (can we trust that magazine moonsooner???). Hope to see more of the world evaluation on the beach in Vietnam. Good for traveling business, agree?

Well I didn't say that Da Nang will turn into rubble in the future. But the city is loosing money by investing in futile projects, which is a part of the mayor's political game, that's all. But this has nothing to do with the beaches so sorry for spamming

maybe you were there at the wrong time of the year. i was there in january and the beach was filled with litter and water was brown. however, there seemed to be lots of property development there. i can see, the elite and maybe foreigners putting their money as a retreat. hai long bay beach's resort and da nang's beach were big disappointments.
