About 4-5% of all Moscow urban area is visible from there. May be even less. IBC located within 7 kilometers from there. Ostankino Tele Tower in the far background is in 14 kilometers. Visible districts are Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, Fili districts, Strogino, Shchukino, Kuntsevo, Krylatskoye and some more. All of them visible just partially. Filyovskiy Park district is on right of the pic is hidden by big Filyovskiy Park. The round building on another side of olympic rowing channel is new u/c Dinamo sport complex. May be completed now.

It's amazing how much things are on building process.

That's another modern, decent neighbourhood from an ex-communist country. For sure the rental cost is very high.

first of please stop using ex-communistic country statement for every time you speak about russia or other ee country.

it's just moscow.


this is 15th district in term of apartment cost. $3750 sq m in may 2006. most of 123 districts of moscow lie between $2700 and $3700. cheapest is $2200, most expensive is $5100.

^^ Great. This neighbourhood does look very vibrant--- with many new construction as you shown in those pics. It looks like one of the most "liveable" in Moscow, which is unknown from Canada. Beautiful parks resemble those in Ottawa. Obviously it is planned--- in high density but nothing depressive as seen in the pic. Well, I doubt this area has many foreigners, am I right?
