Steel City, you are reading my mind! Another one of my favorite old Pittsburgh skyscrapers!
This building looks exceptional at night... and the beacon at the top spells out P-I-T-T-S-B-U-R-G-H in morse code!
This building just looks so 1928... interesting use of blockiness

geoff189d June 19th, 2008, 12:55 PM Can't make my mind up about this one. I believe much of the exterior sculpture has been shaved off over the years. On my one and only visit to Pittsburgh I had lunch at the sunken courtyard at the Oxford Centre opposite with this building towering over me!
