This is a huge construction site just along Soor Street before PIFSS Car Park.Phase 1 that is structural work expected to be completed by end of July/mid-August. Phase-2 that is electrical works to be out for tender by end of July... Sorry no more details...

KUCM is providing a full turn-key service on this project for a new edutainment discovery center located between Al-Soor Street and the First Ringroad. The scope include for full design, internal features, packaging and bidding, management and site services.

this render look quite different from the actual constructed design

maybe it was the initial design... i dont know, but the design looks childish :lol:

It looks almost completed... It looks small to be a mall!
Any information about its future activities?

The place is well, just another mall. I was told there would be a branch of cosmos, airplane museum, cinema, theater, little gym (also for women), some women fashion stores, caribou coffee. Didn't sound like there's much child development activities if you don't count the airplane museum!!!

Sounds for women only :)
Just kidding... a Museums and cenimas are good for kids, sure...
