As it can be seen from the second site picture, it is just behind the Marina Scape.

On the right side of this building, plot 392-251, there's another excavated hole. Maybe DELTA 3 will come there.

Look like thonse Sport City Towers, however better than none..:)

i know no one likes these.. but it's usually these kinda towers that make the best and most efficient floor plans...

Not every tower is going to be spectacular, but i'm sure it will look decent once complete. Cheap and cheerful and easy to sell......be sold out quite quick once launched.

Does anyone know if Delta Propeties is doing any other towers in dubai, Name may change as well as at moment just named after company.

I saw the site today, everything covered with plastic and no workers.

ON HOLD again.

Dont think it is on hold - plenty of workers around and they have been pouring concrete all week. yesterday they put up another crane.

Delta 2 does look like work has stopped but the plot by the side of it is going flat out out - there is no name for the tower, the board just shows an apartment block very similar to Delta 2

I checked today because I havent seen the new crane what you have told.
