Al-Faisal holdings future projects.

in a press release, al-faisal holdings announced new & future projects, that would include:
-4 star hotel in al saad area (between qtel al saad & al-naser street).
-5 star hotel in west bay area.
no details were available as of yet.

the current city center hotels will include:

in Rotana hotel: "Boston" american restaurant, "Mawal" lebanese restaurant, "Allday" 24 hour restaurant, along with italian restaurant.

in Shangri-la hotel:argentin restaurant, chinese restaurant & sea food restaurant.

-in Mariotte Residence hotel:internationa chains of restaurants, like "Cucina", "JW", 'Champion" & 1st brasilian restaurant in the region.

all in all there will be 40 restaurants, cafes & tea rooms in the all 5 hotels.
