Thats correct and thats why they had to put this project on hold .. Hamad Sabah AlAhmad is the owner of this project and he didnt have any permits for the project .. he started with the construction work before getting the permits .. good to have some ppl who can stop him.

i wanna tell you something !! i spent my summer holiday in london and ireland and when i came back on september,, i didn't go to marina mall !! only went to the cresent for yummy krispy kreme ;)

I know!!!!! LoooL!! Also here! When i went to kuwait last time there were loooooots of Saudis there and lots of helag in marina mall, but its shar7 and clean. I like fanar mall, too. Souq sharq is the king of heelagg mall! buts its kind of cool!
