The Club is supported and managed by the National Industry of Copper (NIC) in Kerman (one of the nicest cities of Iran). The management committee of the Club is designated by the CEO of NIC. The actual president of the committee is Mr. Ali Arjomandi. The manager of the club is Mr. Akbar Iranmanesh.
MES-Kerman owns a sports complex, with a football field (capacity of 1000 spectators), multi-usage salon for martial arts, wrestling, chess, karate and billiard, a swimming pool, facilities for climbing and a skating track.
The football team of MES-Kerman won the first place of the first League last year and will join IPL this year. The head-coach of the team is Nader Dastafshan. His assistants are Mehdi Mohammadi, Esmail Esmaili, Hossein Barhemat and Ahmad Najafi.
MES-Kerman has big ambitions for its first IPL season. Some of their players, including Mirghorbani, Sharafi, Hosseinkhani Pourasadolah, Talghini, Hajian, Sahand Razian, Suzu Mora (Brazil) and Babak Hatami will continue with the team. Some other players may join the team, such as Ebrahim Taghipour (former TM and Zobahan defender), Mohssen Zahedi (Naft), Ali Ghorbani (Malavan), Bahadorani (Sepahan) and Alizadeh (Perspolis).
Kermanis want their team to be the worthy representative of their city in IPL. The first objective of the managers is to have long-term plans to stay in IPL and be the best provincial team.
They also started the construction of a new stadium on Thursday which they hope they can finish soon.
