View Full Version : Save Lebanon
Lebanese Cedar July 17th, 2006, 09:21 AM I just found this website. While it is still a work in progress, it should be updated in the next few days to be quite useful and helpful for finding out about upcoming demonstrations and ways to support those who have suffered from this Israeli terror onslaught, so keep checking it:

God bless.

Jayme July 17th, 2006, 09:34 AM thanks you
yecabel July 17th, 2006, 09:50 AM to any lebanese online, you have my support.
the world leaders must stop the israeli terrorists once and forever.
why is the U.S. silent on this matter?
after years of preaching against terrorism, a few days ago Bush said that he will not talk to israel to stop the massacre. I am not surprised.
after all, isn't israel unofficially part of the U.S.?
it is so sad to see that in 2006 the world is still ruled by a bunch of cavemen.
Hassoun July 17th, 2006, 09:56 AM thanx yecabel :)
If israel was smart enough and if they really want peace, they could have just freed the remaining lebanese prisoners back in 2004 when they made such swap with Hizbullah, and they could have just pulled out of lebanese shebaa farms,by doing that, hizbullah will have nothing to argue about, and all lebanese including shia will tell hizbullah to disarm itself. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.Why israel should do this? They kept violating our airspace almost everyday since they pulled out of "almost" all south lebanon in 2000.
I'm not a supporet of Hizbullah, but i'm also not a supporter of israel.TWO TERRORIST organisation and state.

the terrorists in this case (and in Gaza) are the Lebanese Hizbullah and their supporters in Lebanon and beyond.
gole_hayahou July 17th, 2006, 11:41 AM Israel are allowed to do what the hell they want as far as the International community is concerned....in my opinion the US is staying silent so if anything substantial happens in the Middle East they can sell arms to both sides....hmm...sounds familiar doesnt it??

RoM July 17th, 2006, 11:46 PM A sovreign nation should control all of its territory, What Hizbullah did was an act of war, the Lebanese people should protest against Hizbullah for provoking for no reason. My sympathy is with the Lebanese people but lets not forget who is to blame.
Jayme July 17th, 2006, 11:47 PM i went on that site last night its good how they have the dates of demos etc
avicenna July 18th, 2006, 01:42 AM No, the terrorists in this case, are Israel and their supporters around the world.

Israel is holding thousands of Lebanese, Palestinian, and Syrians prisoners. Israel occupies territory in Lebanon (Sheeba farms) and in the last 2 years Israel has violated Lebanese airspace 23 times. Immediatley after Hizbollah took the two Israeli soildiers prisoner they offered an exchange for the women and minors that Israel is holding prisoner. Israel is 100% to blame for these massacres and attrocities. Lebanese people should all rise up, unite, and defend their homeland.

Yes, you're totally on point. The next logical question is why did Israel reject the exchange offer (especially since they have thousands of prisoners to choose from like you said )? It's simply because the kidnapping provided them with the pretext to engage in a full out assault to wipe out Hizbollah- taking the entire Lebanese population hostage in the process. The Israelis say they want to empower the Lebanese government to reign in Hizbollah. Their recent attacks on Lebanese army targets suggests otherwise.
blitzkrieg July 18th, 2006, 02:48 AM Israel does have a strange way of operating. Back in the beginning of intefada in 2000, they said palestinean police must disarm hamas and co. yet they always bombed palestinean police stations to bits..

thats why I maintain that there is serious flaw with collective Israeli psyche.
blitzkrieg July 18th, 2006, 11:43 PM Well one can't do much about it especially on a forum can they?
Chilenofuturista July 19th, 2006, 01:27 AM Bonsoir chers amis:
lebgurl July 19th, 2006, 01:31 AM ^^ Merci Beaucoup! my french kinda sucks, mais jais compris (?) tous que vous avez dit (lol @ my grammar i'm sure!!!)
