Great pictures. Interesting, gritty, neighborhoods. Lots of small shops & businesses. Diverse neighborhoods. Lots of streetlife. Colorful murals. All the things that makes Philly one of America's greatest cities!

Very urban, indeed. The pics would be nicer if it were sunny. Very nice architecture in those areas!

Really great pictures. What strikes me is the tremendous amount of once substantial housing that is now neglected. It seems as if those wonderful brick row homes could be transformed into good housing again. Also, the streetscapes, even in deretict condition, are much more interesting than Tampa's boring scene.

if it werent for the trolley and the street signs and the traffic lights, I'd think those were pics of Baltimore.
