it is the same site and could not start construction because of the bridge

Don't know the link up but they must have been drawn to it by someone they both know. I know about this as Dubaipropertycentre.com did a news report/feature on Barry Ferguson and he explained that himself and Paul had bought here and that he also bought in The Villa. Checked DPC web site last night and all archived news letters have been removed. Mmmmm.

1100AED/ft is not bad. Remember banks are not paying much interest so could be a good punt on the basis that the market could recover to 1400/ft by this time next year. 25% growth a possibility.

We need to see the quality of the internals first to see if it is worth it.
