Beiruti July 29th, 2006, 03:43 PM the rendering is very hard to c but the progess looks good
Yes I know, sorry about that. I forgot to zoom in and take a pic...
I just think its nice that 2 sets of twin towers will be going up right next to each other.
Beiruti August 7th, 2006, 07:18 AM I forgot to post this pic:

Beiruti January 21st, 2007, 02:55 AM Does anyone know if there are better renders available anywhere? The billboard was in a location that is impossible for anyone to reach and in a restricted area...
Anyway, I think these twin towers are not getting the attention they deserve, especially since they are rising up on a hill and leave a very noticeable mark in the western Beirut skyline.
bilal.b January 21st, 2007, 05:20 AM This project will not be very visible int he future because it will be blocked on both sides. On one side you have the Jamal Ibrahim Koreitem projects which are three tall building and on the other side which is shown in the picture the Nova towers will be constructed and they are much taller. I am assuming this building will have a driveway leading to it.
Beiruti January 21st, 2007, 05:25 AM ^^ Yes I know, and that is a very good point, but I meant at least for the time being since they are the only towers that have topped out...
Honestly, I dont know who would want to live there since there is basically no view whatsoever and they would be trapped between high-rises in a very tight space, not to mention the buildings are not directly on a street.
Beiruti January 21st, 2007, 05:39 AM This is what I mean bilal...

bilal.b January 22nd, 2007, 09:29 AM gotcha..since Ras Beirut is a hill anything on it looks tall. I actually live there and i know that the Nova towers will be the tallest in beirut if i am not mistaken.
Beiruti January 22nd, 2007, 11:49 PM ^^ Thats great, are you there now? If so you should try and take some pics if you can...we need more Ras Beirut updates!
bilal.b January 23rd, 2007, 08:52 AM I wish I could, cuz I study abroad and I'm out of town unfortunetely. I wish I could. But what I know is that there is another new building and its called Karkout building and is very close to LAU. The other two which have already been covered are the Jamal Ibrahim building, which I'm looking forward for, and the Nova towers.
Hassoun January 24th, 2007, 03:47 AM Koraytem area is also booming ^^
Beiruti June 14th, 2007, 12:06 AM UPDATED Intro post with a better rendering!
I wonder if construction is still on schedule, this project should be complete soon.
rezam December 29th, 2007, 12:58 PM wat up peeps! here's ma killa pic of Mme Curie Residences and Sky Homes behind it.

kheireddine December 30th, 2007, 01:01 AM ^^ OMG! Looks like the buildings are going to crush College Protestant
Beiruti December 30th, 2007, 02:21 AM Stunning pic! It appears the cladding is nearing completion...however the only issue I have with this project is that the close proximity between Sky Homes and MC Towers is just insane! And once the Nova Towers rise, this project will be so boxed-in that I cant imagine anyone would want to live there.
rezam December 30th, 2007, 02:34 AM yup thats what i said! the view of nova towers and mme curie residences wont be amazing at all, especially the lower floors...sky homes on the other hand, has a big advantage, Jamil Ibrahim makes sure his developments have open spaces and clear views. brace urself ppl, beirut will be come the next NYC in buildings and high rises!
one love, one lebanon!

Beiruti January 14th, 2009, 04:35 PM ^^ It has looked complete for a while now, but I dont think the apartments have been delivered yet and that might mean they are still working on the interior.
