Jaymie: they did actually bulldoze an older building to make way for this one. Im not sure about all the other new projects but more often than not they are demolishing old structures to make room for modern ones.

oh ok thanks for that , so the building is called 2612 or they havent gave a name yet

UPDATE: This tower is now topped out!

You can see the tower to the left of the U/C Hatab Tower and it is now complete and residents have moved in. Also, the facade is a different color from the rendering - good thing!
