Just curious to know what New Yorker think of Newark, NJ- if anything. I'm sure this could lead to a plethera of jokes. Just curious.

I know it has a bad reputation, but to be honest I don't think it's as much different as some other places in the tristate area, and I've seen worse in northern NJ.
But I will add that it has a nice skyline, and that the Metrostars will be building their stadium nearby

Except for the airport and the McDonalds I sometimes to go to, I have never actually been to Newark.

New Jersey devils, sounds more "hard body" to me. Plus, you can't forget about the legend of the Jersey devil, which im guessing the team was named after.

Anyway, back to the topic.
Newark: small city, looks like outer boroughs... IMO...
