No, Conquest. This is El Dorado Ave, between 68 ave and Boyacá ave. It's a business center cause it's close both to the airport, the city centre, industrial clusters and inter-cities buses terminal station. Chile ave. is way to far from this place (around 100 blocks away)

Very lovely city. I love the setting, all those mountains give it a lot of charm. It also seems to have a lot of greenery which is always a plus.
I admit, it looks much wealthier than I thought it would be.
