I decided I might as well empty out some other oddballs/rarities I have hangin on this hard drive, maybe some of you havent seen or do not know about some-
Enjoy
Hartford from the sky over E.Hartford/Manchester

Hartford from Manchester

Hartford skyline from Balfour, June 2005- The red line indicates the height where Hartford 21, The new luxury skyscraper will (and is now) be up to.

Hartford in May 2006, with Hartford 21 up to level, hanging with his big bro next door, CityPlace

The following are big, my apologies.
These are clippings from The Hartford Courant circa early 1980's of a proposed skyline/development plan that would have expanded the city insanely. Remember, Hartford was a huge boom town before its decline in the 1990s. Obviously, this never developed and happened.

This is much much more recent. This was an artistic rendition of Hartford that was prepared to help the hype of the New England Patriots moving to town, which of course Bob Kraft(owner of the Patriots) just provoked to use to lobby the state of Mass. to build a new stadium in Foxboro(Gillete Stadium)
Here is the waterfront with the stadium

Finally, The Bulkley Bridge in the 1940's before I-84 hijacked it. It was a nice city bridge, connecting Hartford to East Hartford and Manchester. I-84 now streams over it and cuts off downtown development from The North End.

Hope some/all were enjoyed, thanks to tinypic.com for hosting.
