too common, nothing special.
i dont see the point in having balconies in built up areas and specialy when there's no view (ie: sea, park, forest, square etc...)

^^ maybe people just like to sit outside like in the summer

Lol Beiruti, at first when i read the name of the bldg i thought it meant "the security" as in "amen" :lol: It should be written "Al-Oumnia" in english ;)
