Sorry I wanted to take more pics but I was stopped by a security guard and told it was illegal to photograph anything in that area (it was near the Hariri residence). He actually made me show him all the pics in my camera to prove I wasnt up to anything shady.

Beirut!, did you drive all around Beirut Just looking for billbords what has projects on them ? lol

if I did that in Melbourne i would have most likey been arrested ! were not even alowed to take photos of Melbournes most populer Riverside waterfront.

the building looks boring

^^ Mostly driving around but sometime walking too. People looked at me funny because it was an unusual thing to be taking pictures of. There were actually many more billboards I couldnt take pics of because security guards were present and also I didnt have much time there.

Im not too fond of this building myself either...
