I think I like JASMAX' (001) concept the best but Royal Associates does come very close (085). However I am very biased towards JASMAX, have always liked their work.

Royal Associates' proposal is my fave followed by ASC Architects - it would be great if they could combine the proposals .. I personally prefer it when more than one architect firm develops an area as large as this. It is more interesting.

Yep, you aren't seeing things, there are a number of wind turbines included for electricity generation, and they are solar cells on the roofs!

Yeah that will be awesome for Waiheke as a gateway type precinct.. Are the three helix shaped poles the wind turbines?
