Definitely very sleek and nice glass! But it kinda looks small in the NY skyline.

yES!!Finally I got to rate this building!!....17 State Street is one of my New York's Favorite...It has seperated and dominated it's self from the rest of those blacks and boxy in the boring-color skyline area in to the most Beutiful, Powerful and dovish centerpiece of the edge of Lower Manhattan core.....although I also love the feminity-blue-color-glass..facing out the ocean like a giant-yacht and the blue-glass reflected the water which is even makes it looks like a cold-blue great mass of ice ready to afloat in to the sea.....gorgeous....lol.....:D ....I love it.....10/10

True, however, 542 ft is definitely not a short skyscraper. This is a great skyscraper for NYC's financial district, because most of them are just hideous. The skyline in midtown is decent, but the skyline in the financial district is just not attractive.
