Large electricity pylons are nearly almost built as lattice towers, sometimes also as tubular towers, although all really huge electricity pylons (height > 100 metres) I know are lattice towers.
Nevertheless according the list of world's tallest electricity pylons on http://www.pbpower.net/inprint/articles/critical/critical.pdf the 257 metre tall pylons of Nanjing Yangtse Powerline Crossing are built of reinforced concrete!
Has someone pictures of them, perhaps also from their construction?
Were they built of prefabricated elements?
