I like the quality of the silver facade of this building, but it seemed like the architects ripped its design from the nearby (and better looking) Sunjoy Tomorrow Square. And while the building looks nice from most angles, it looks horrendously fat if you view it from the east. The spires are way too tall and out of proportion with the building, but the building wouldn't look good either if the spires are shorter.

Looks cool, but it kinda looks like melbourne central tower.

I don't quite like it. It's sort of HK Bank of China with the head cut out and two oversized spires. From some angles it looks really fat too. Cladding is nothing special. Overall look is still OK and there's a quite grand looking entrance for the mall (was still unfinished when I saw it though).

So it makes it just above average for me.

Another scraper for shanghai but this one is ugly if u ask me. Enormous spires realtive the buildingheight.

I like the third photo in the opening post. Maybe it looks good from close, but from a distance it doesnt. But to see it IRL maybe would change my mind. 5/10. Acceptable. But i dont like it.

Actually you don't have to wait 3-4 years. Many buildings in China begin to look bad in just over a year. Some buildings look awful up close the moment they're finished, as a result of poor workmanship.

nice design, i was surprised that it is in China, I know Shimano is a Japanese company associated with bike and fishing gear, high quality products also

why? at first when i look at the bottom and the middle of the building...design is pretty good...quite creative..should get 8 marks or higher..

but then, as I look further up...oh my god!!!...stupid spires on top of it..do not suit the building at all....furthermore, the spires are too long...dhould be shortened....China likes to add height to their buildings through extra long spires...which does not fit proportionally with the building...awful....but the design is okay..for the middle

as seen from far, it is like the two giant spires are crushing down this Shimao Building./..
next time the length of spires should be restricted....not to be too long ..over 100m like tiz..it is ugly..architect of tis towerr....plz think...
