As written in today's "24 heures" newspaper in page 5.

BOULEVARD
Un boulevard sera aménagé sur l'île-des-Soeurs afin de desservir la pointe nord. Cette nouvelle voie donnera accès au projet de développement immobilier de la firme Proment, qui a déjà construit 3200 unités de logement de prestige sur l'île. Cette firme construira d'autres unités d'habitation qui représenteront un investissement de près de 1,5 milliard $. (JCG)

We already know Le Vistal will cost 200 millions. That leaves us with 1 300 millions for the north area, which is about 4 million square feet. Will they build thirteen 25 stories tower? That would be awesome. But I would accept five 50+ stories :hahaha:

I wonder if Montreal's tallest residential tower will eventually built here ?

I doubt it. My guess is that the Tallest residential will either remain the POrt ROyal or the soon to come 400 Sherbrooke Ouest.

La hauteur maximale selon le site de la Ville de Montréal sera de 30 étages.

Guys, i can tell you with certainty that no tall tower will be built on the northern portion of Nun's Island. A major corporation will be moving there soon, and they will take up most of the space. unfortunately, i can't tell you who it is right now(confidentiality clause) but it's a major company!

As I answered at SSP:

Peu importe qui est ton client, c'est 2.5 millions de pieds carrés résidentiel qui seront dévellopé ET vendu par Proment, le meme promoteur que pour le Vistal, les Sommets sur le Fleuve, Les Verrières-sur-le-Fleuve, Club-Marin I, II et III, et tout les projets immobiliers de l'Ile-des-Soeurs depuis au moins 10 ans.

Peut-être que ton client parlait des 500 000 pieds carrés à être zoné autre que résidentiel. Dans ce cas, peut-être que oui, il aura acheté la grande partie de ces 500 000 pieds carrés.
