Situated in a prominent site overlooking the port of Montevideo, this building will serve as the Headquarters of Uruguay's national telecommunications company, ANTEL, as well as its symbol and logo. The tower, housing the main offices, with it's curved tip, is the principal profile in the Montevideo skyline. The architectural program is materialized in different pavillions separating the public areas, a multipurpose hall, an auditorium, a daycare facility for employees' children, a parking structure and an open park with an open amphitheater. It is expected that the whole complex will become a pole of development of a key but neglected neighbourhood.
