Shemiran - A district in north with several neighborhoods. Infact this is what is known as "wealthy north Tehran" lol. The place used to be a village close to Tehran before it became incorporated in the city, as a result many of it's neighbourhood lack basic neccesities like proper side walks where you can walk freely without walking into a trees. :|
