Citra Raya is a self-contained city development in West Surabaya consisting of residential, commercial and recreational areas. The Company has licenses to develop area covering 1,126 hectares. This project was launched in April 1993, while the construction activity began in June 1993. In June 2003, inspired by Singapore, Citra Raya was repositioned as "The Singapore of Surabaya", highlighting on "clean, green and modern city". Various efforts have been done, starting with bringing the icons of Singapore into the city, adding greenery, improving the quality of infrastructure, and also the city management. This project has various facilities, such as 27-hole golf course and family club, Surabaya International School, Ciputra School, Gymnasium, commercial centres, market, houses of worship and waterpark. In the near future, other facilities will follow, such as city walk and university. Since the development scale is very large, CitraRaya has chosen the middle and upper class customers as its target market. The products offered varies from houses with sizes from building/land area of 77/135 square metres to 368/450 square metres, to large size land plots for upper class customers.

The Middle Building is completed

The completed section is the middle wing of the University, with a capacity of more than 550 students at any time, not counting operational staff and lecturers. The middle wing of the University will have a total of 7 x 50 man-classrooms; 6 studios; and 6 meeting rooms to be used for its teaching and learning activities. Designs were made by Mr. Yori Antar based on the concept of "entrepreneurship" and the shape of the building reflects that. The completed building will have three wings and one Library section on the back of the University. It is opened on August 26, 2006.

1st Floor: UC Information Center, IT Infrastructure Server
2nd Floor: Student Services
3rd Floor: Faculty Room, The Registrar’s Office, Finance, Computer Center, Capacity Building Center, Teaching Learning Center, Leadership and Ethics Center, Entrepreneurship Center
4th Floor: School of International Business Management, School of Tourism and Hotel Management, Language and Cultural Lab
5th Floor: School of Interior Design, School of Visual Communication Design
6th Floor: School of Information Technology, Software Development Lab, Main Library, Quality Assurance Office
7th Floor: The Commons

serius deh, kebun binatang terbesar diindonesia bahkan di asia tenggara itu kebun binatang surabaya, banyak literatur yang mengatakan demikian...mulanya saia juga ga percaya, tapi pas menyambanginya ke surabaya...ternyata memang benar, koleksi satwa-nya lebih lengkap di banding ragunan...hmmm, taman safari tidak dikategorikan kebun binatang kali ya...karena itu sebuah hutan buatan dengan habitat yang dibiarkan seperti habitat asli.

In 1989, PT Ciputra Surya Tbk was become the pioneer of 'Kota Mandiri' development in Surabaya west part. The first company project is Surabaya Citra Raya Real Estate that opened in 1993. The real estate that is resides in an area with width of 1126 hectares and as the development project of the biggest Real Estate in East Java.

Now Great Image known as The Singapore of Surabaya is a cleanness, modern and green town. This luxuriant housing is built with inwrought security and safety system. Power cable tissue system, telephone and polarization of water stay underground so that if there are any repair is not necessarily dig-cover hole and done swiftly and inwrought.

In 2003 this project was re-launched as Bukit Palma. Bukit Palma more affordable houses for middle class, therefore complements Citra Raya that provides more offers houses.

In August 2005, the Company also commenced the operation of Ciputra Waterpark in Citra Raya. Covering 4 hectares of land, Ciputra Waterpark is the largest water park in Indonesia. The Company has been through a long journey to become a major real estate player in Indonesia. It created vision on raw land and develop it for better living of the people. It successfully survived during the monetary crisis in 1998 and has been growing afterwards.
