These pics remind of me many happy memories touring HK - several times between 1995 and 2003 , and how time flies , I miss it dearly , hope to revisit this metropolis soon !

i dont understand why do they need to build the bridge connecting to the new ferry pier, while they got the covered walkway right under it. I hope the bridge is temporary because it kind of look out of place in waterfront.

The bridge may be permanent and the covered walkway removed for future roads.

Great photos! Hong Kong really impresses you. All the houses are so tall, not only the beautiful ones, also those old appartment houses. I must visit this place. And as long I can't afford it, I will play Shenmue again ;)

The bridge is permanent. That walkway will likely disappear into a park once the rest of the water off the coast is reclaimed.
