summary-(4 towers uc) Charlotte towers is currently australia;s fastest rising skyscraper.others going well. Townsville gets another scraper added with 20storey Dalgety.Also biggest news is approved 240m Empire Square.

summary-(10 towers uc) many projects topping out in august. last time we see Wave,Avalon,Ultra.The 70storey Conc has reached its roof level with fins to go.verve should top out next month.

summary- (4 towers uc). well Verve & Milano have topped out and will exit diagrams next month.538 bourke is now above street.Ive included approved prjects like prima,Cos on bourke and 559 collins. who knows when they will actually start. could be 2007,2008,2009? lots of smaller projects uc.

summary-(6 towers uc) Meriton towers fin is nearly there but will topout next month, same with Lumiere.others progressing well.Ive added the impressive vertical village of Chatswood Interchange. The project has commenced and towers will start 2007.Approvals- ive added in 157 liverpool st and much anticipated Bligh st project which is approx 130-150m tall.

As for raine square, yeah i knew it looked like that. what a beauty, but you said to wait until you get official height. 94m or 110m? being 25 office floors i think its closer to 110m.

ah yeah sorry to confuse you lol. Ill call architects when i get some time during the week.

no worries. well for arguements sake, i count 24 office floors which are probably 4 each, thus 96m, then the fin section which is equal to 2 floors, thus 8m + 96m=104m.
maybe the 94m is for roof top? i reckon 110m will be height.

When i viewed plans last week it had 110mRL measured to blade and at the base it had 16mRL = 94m. When the original plans where mooted it was 112m however when i rang the council they said 96m above ground. When the new design canme through it was acknowledged that 2m has been taken off. It makes sense although i hope its 110m.

oh ok. so if top of fin=96m then av office lev = 3.7m which is stil reasonable these days.thus 24x3.7m= 88m/roof.96m/fins
