I give it a 6.5, it looks really squat and short, and the materials for the building look cheap. The color really helps this building, though, and the fact that they could make it mixed use and look good (which usually doesn't happen) is a plus in my book.

Since this is my home town, I can vouch for the fact that there are better buildings in Portland that we could be rating. Koin Center is cool and all, but I'm more fond of others.

Looking back at it now, the base seems too fat for the top.

I think it looks better in reality than it does in these pictures.... they make it look "chubbier" than it truely looked to me from most angles. It's different, so I like it.
