Looks good - quite nice design and impressive height. 7,5/10

I grew up in a house which is now the parking garage of the twin towers toward the left :D
The New Century Plaza has a very traditional look, reminds me of skyscrapers in New York.

The top is just awesome. The rest is a little boring.6/10.

I like this building's traditional skyscraper look, and the brown facade goes well with the window designs they used. While the sloped roof on the top of the building looks cool, I don't really like the spire and the glass cubes beneath it.

The spire is extremely well proportioned. This building is pretty aesthetically pleasing to me.

I think the proportion is just nice. It sets back nicely and escapes a plain look. Top is quite original too. Also it's nice to have a building that's not so glassy those days ;-) I like this one's cladding. Night lights pics anyone ?
All in all, nothing too impressive to become a real landmark, but a building that's finely put together.

The height is impressive but it's not really a land mark tower, it looks like it was designed to fit in with the rest of the cities skyline, and as a result is a bit boring. 6/10

A mediocre attempt to copy Western towers with clowning modifications to the top.

If you want to copy, just copy the whole thing. Don't try to do the top on your own. Or else the result will be another garbage tower like those in Beijing and Shanghai.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want it in polka dots or easter colors, I just want something better than faded rust.
