Nice building. How many stories?

I counted 25. It's very rare to see a tower with so much glass.

Its nicely designed by IranArch.CO.

But i saw the finishing materials are terrible.cheap & ugly.
I am generally talking about the lobby.which should be the best representative of the interior design.

Cheers

^^ That houses at the bottom of the picture need some serious renovation...

Regardless, nice picture, it's really nice with that much glass in the facade :D

In my opinion, this and the shahran, maybe the bolour tower are the best and probably the only real modern structures of their kind in iran (which are complete or near completion)

its really nice, there should be hundreds of these around the country, especially places like the south of tehran western tabriz, maali abad in shiraz, THE SOUTH
