ADHI Bangun Graha Energi Rp 226 M

JAKARTA (Suara Karya): PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) saat ini tengah mengerjakan proyek pembangunan gedung Graha Energi (Medco Tower) bernilai Rp 226 miliar dan berlokasi di Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), Jakarta.


Dalam pernyataan tertulisnya kepada BEJ, Kunardi Gularso, Corporate Secretary ADHI, mengemukakan pihaknya mendapatkan proyek tersebut dari PT Api Metra Graha. "Proyek itu mulai dikerjakan sejak 12 Juli 2006 dan ditargetkan akan selesai pada 2 April 2008," ujarnya.

Selain itu, perseroan saat ini juga tengah membangun Gedung KPDJP Taham III (Dirjen Pajak) senilai Rp 140 miliar dan berlokasi di Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta. (Adi)

I think not 13 floors in a month, that's too way fast. Look closely to the floor numbers, no number 24. Supposedly there are no number 4, 13, and 14 too.

One Pacific Place Tower (the biggest tower of 3 towers) is approx 183 m tall.
The spire of The Energy hasn't shown yet, so its height can't be measured for now.

Sebenarnya bukan marah tapi beberapa komentar menurut saya berlebihan salah satu contoh adalah pelakasanaan yang hanya 1 bulan 13 lantai itu yang saya anggap berlebihan karena hal ini akan membuat opini dikalangan proyek yang pada akhirnya akan membebani kami sebagai orang yang bekerja di proyek manapun sebab hal ini sangat tidak mungkin dilakukan karena kami yang biasa bekerja di proyek paling mampu 5 lantai dalam satu bulan itupun dengan pengerahan sumber daya yang sangat besar dan akhirnya akan menambah biaya dari proyek itu sendiri.

Memang saat ini saya bekerja diproyek dan kalau mau sharing tentang teknik pelaksanaan sayapun akan terbuka itupun yang mungkin saya bisa jawab

Saya akan bangga dengan kemajuan yang dicapai oleh jakarta pada khususnya dan indonesia pada umumnya

Saya tidak bekerja di owner graha energi jadi saya tidak dapat menanyakan ke web masternya hanya saja biasanya foto-foto proyek adalah merupakan document proyek dan bukan merupakan konsumsi umum tapi kalau memang pihak owner yang memberikan foto tersebut baguslah ,berarti semua orang bisa memfoto pekerjaan tersebut, karena biasanya foto-foto tersebut yang bisa mengeluarkan adalah pihak pemilik dan untuk kepentingan pemasaran mereka.

Bukan bermaksud untuk berdebat tapi sekedar mengeluarkan pendapat saja.

Gini lo, memang di banyak proyek itu dilarang untuk foto-foto on site. Tapi kan emang makanan sehari-hari di forum ini ya progress pic & update di lokasi proyek. Jadi tak ada akar , kelapa pun jadi. Ngambil foto diem2 tanpa ketauan. Toh juga pengembang ga dirugiin apa2.

Dan rata-rata proyek2 yang ada thread khusunya di SSC, itu slalu nongol di halaman pertama kalo search di Google :)
