Thanks for the video, I really wonder what they are doing with this tower, finishing and interior works take loads of time!

Being new to these parts .. and looking for somewhere to live .. anybody any idea who owns/manages this tower as it looks almost ready for completion and everything else around seems to have been taken.

All help gratefully received.
