(1) Northumbria University (one of Newcastle's Universities) has a lot of construction going on. There are FOUR Webcams to choose from here, all bar one showing Work-In-Progress . . . http://www.northumbria.ac.uk/sd/development/webcams/eqwebcam/ (2) New Newcastle Central Library (now called "City" Library) This is an excellent website used to show the great new library under construction, by Webcam. The Webcam is still there, and though the actual construction was completed earlier this year, the website actually has a 'time-lapse' Webcam Video of the demolition part of theis project (on this same spot) of the previous library, designed by [I]Sir Basil Spence[I] that was itself only built in 1968! Also, there will shortly be a similar time-lapse Webcam Video of the new construction, on this site.
