i checked if this is a building we know already, but i highly doubt it

it could only be casa del mar
but casa del mar is 31 floors and 3 basements

BTW these are the same exact team that has designed and is building Dubai Tower in SZR. Maybe same developer too. Hope the construction speed will be different.

i can't see why emaar just don't say what i know. which is that emaar are developing the AL-KHALEEL TOWERS. their will be three towers !st tower (next to marina) 7 floors, 2nd tower 14 floors, 3rd and last tower 21 floors.
don't ask me why thay kept these a secret, coz thay had known from 08/2006.
i think emaar has lost the plot, coz why keep it a secret, when the main aim is to sell as quick and as long before completion. thay (emaar) have set completion 10/2008

Actually the mechanism of construction in Dubai marina is like completed tower next to uncompleted one ... everyone in Dubai marina can't live like this anymore with more dust / infected air / hammer sounds from wind towers as addition ridiculous factor ...
