Wow, it really looks wonderful. M&Z is one of the best and most creative firms in the country. All their projects are wonderful and creative. Almost like Zaha Hadid--but not that far off.

Looks very nice...
And from the first render, with the Ritz Carlton in the background... I can tell that it won't be close to the corniche.
