zx September 24th, 2006, 08:52 AM I think its on the right of UPDA tower (planning department), they have just stated work there about 2 weeks ago, you can go and see for yourself, if you are coming from 4 seasons Roundabout going to city centre roudabout, its after the first turn on the right.
