Qatar landscaping

After the meeting with Singaporean officials, one of the Singaporean officials spoke of sharing their expertise in landscaping with Qatar.
When will this begin? We are definitely in dire need of landscaping.

Anyone else share my opinion that Doha and the surrounding areas need better landscaping?
